Hypnotherapy is a process to bring about a form of deep relaxation. The Hypnotherapist uses guided relaxation, intense concentration and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness sometimes called trance.

How Does Hypnotherapy Work?

Hypnotherapy works with the unconscious part of the mind through deep relaxation by the allowing of the conscious mind to be released from conscious control.  

Hypnotherapy aims to reprogramme patterns of behavior within our mind, enabling negative thoughts, irrational phobias and fears, as well as suppressed negative emotions to be overcome.

Hypnosis is a safe and a naturally deep form of relaxation. Hypnotherapy sessions can help your unconscious mind relax, to focus on the issues in question and to put forward a more positive thought.
